About us

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may still appear slightly different depending on your screen. Because much of what we sell is handwoven or hand-embroidered, small variations in weave, print and finish are inherent to the craft and are not defects.

Measurements given are approximate and may vary slightly between pieces.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order
• Payment is by UPI, credit card, debit card or netbanking via Razorpay, or cash on delivery
• We do not store your card or bank details — payment is handled entirely by Razorpay
• An order paid online is confirmed once the payment goes through. A cash-on-delivery order is confirmed when you place it, and paid to the courier on delivery

Stock

Stock is shown live but can change between adding an item to your bag and paying. If an item sells out after you have paid, we will contact you and refund you in full.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders where an item is unavailable.

Discount codes

• Codes cannot be combined unless we say otherwise
• Each code has its own minimum order value and expiry date, shown when you apply it
• First-purchase codes are limited to one use per customer
• We may cancel orders where a code has been misused, including repeated use of a first-purchase code across multiple accounts or contact details
• Codes hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money

Orders we may decline

We may refuse or cancel an order where:

• The item is out of stock
• There is an error in the price or product description
• Payment could not be verified
• We cannot deliver to your address
• We reasonably suspect fraud or discount code abuse

If we cancel after you have paid, you receive a full refund.

Reviews

Customers may leave reviews. By posting one you confirm it is your own honest opinion. We may remove reviews that are abusive, offensive, contain personal information, or are clearly not about the product. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we do not delete reviews simply for being critical.

Your information

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and run your account, and we never sell it. Our Privacy Policy lists exactly what we collect, who we share it with and how long we keep it.

Intellectual property

All photographs, text and design on this website belong to Six Yard Drapes and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limits on our liability

We are responsible for delivering the product you ordered in the condition described. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control, nor for damage caused by care instructions not being followed.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law
