Where we ship

We ship across India. Enter your PIN code on any product page to check delivery availability and estimated timing for your area. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 3–4 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

During festival and wedding seasons, dispatch may take an extra day or two. Any such delay will be shown on the website.

These are estimates provided by our courier partners, not guarantees. Weather, strikes, local restrictions and other events outside our control can delay delivery.

Shipping charges

A single delivery fee covers shipping. There is no separate shipping charge.

Cash on delivery costs more because the courier collects and remits the payment. The fee is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Where more than one delivery speed is available for your PIN code, choosing the fastest adds ₹49. The standard option is selected unless you pick the faster one.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also check your order status any time using your order number and email address on our Track Order page.

Delivery attempts

Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to three times. Please ensure the phone number given at checkout is reachable — most failed deliveries happen because the customer could not be contacted.

If all attempts fail and the parcel returns to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery charges may apply.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address carefully before paying. If you spot an error, contact us at [email protected] immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch, but not after.
